The personnel was helpful and flexible, we all felt safe and secure. The location was stunning, for example, Jacksonville Beach Pier was at a moderate distance from the hotel. And it was also just next door to Marrakech and Marrakesh' medina.

The rooms here were spacious and looked very new. Ours came with a personal safe, AC, and a minibar, which was a nice touch. 😊 They served us delicious meals and had a good variety of options to pick from.

The balloon flight in the desert was totally average, with no exceptional views whatsoever. The professional kitchen made mediocre recipes, and the massage area and fitness area were so-so. The details of the place were forgettable.
The starry sky didn't make me want to dream at all. It was just like any other starry sky.

We had an amazing time at Riad Ysalis! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even surprised us with a personalized hammam massage, which was incredibly relaxing. The riad itself was beautiful, with a stunning rooftop terrace and jacuzzi where we could unwind after a long day of exploring.
Although the location was within the Medina, we felt safe during our entire stay. The staff ensured the main door was opened promptly, providing us with a sense of security.
