The personnel was helpful and flexible, we all felt safe and secure. The location was stunning, for example, Jacksonville Beach Pier was at a moderate distance from the hotel. And it was also just next door to Marrakech and Marrakesh' medina.

I encountered a miscommunication regarding additional charges that were not previously disclosed. I felt overwhelmed navigating the narrow streets at night, especially when we first arrived. There were also some locals who insisted on guiding us.

Spent five nights in this lovely double room and absolutely loved the authentic vibe and cozy atmosphere. The spa treatments were heavenly, especially the full body massage and facial that left me feeling rejuvenated.
